What is the Role of the Canadian Bank in the Investment Immigration process

The role of the Canadian Bank in the Investment Immigration Visa process is limited to

• Reviewing the Investor File prepared by VIP Business Immigration under it’s authorization to do so
• Approve the Investor File and provide a document to the Immigrant Investor to accept him/her as a future client for the bank transfer
• Once VIP Business Immigration receives approval from the Immigration authorities, the bank will accept to receive the Financing fees of 220,000$ Canadian from the Immigrant Investor and make a bridge financing with the Governement for the 800,000$ Canadian mandatory investment . The Immigrant Investor only transfers 220,000$ Canadian to the bank .
• The bank provides to VIP Business Immigration a confirmation of transfer that VIP Business Immigration will use to request the Official document that makes the Investor eligible to obtain Permanent Residency in Canada

At the end , 95% of the work is done by VIP Business Immigration and the bank only provides the service described above.

Advantages of the Quebec Investment Visa over the Canada Investment Visa program.

• Under the Quebec Investment Visa scheme , the Immigrant Investor will receive approval for Immigration in 3 to 5 months , therefore at least 8 months less than it would take under the Canada Investment program . But at the end , both programs will provide Permanent Residency in about 16 months ( average of countries)
• Under the Quebec Investment Visa scheme , the Immigrant Investor can be approved in a more flexible way as the definition of Management Experience and Business Ownership is more generous than at the Canada Investment program level.

Under the Quebec Investment Visa scheme, the Net Worth of the Immigrant Investor can be comprised of assets received in the past as donations, inheritance or other types of legal transfers . Under the the Federal Canadian Investment Visa program, such donations are not admissible in the calculation of the Net Worth.

• Both Investment Visa programs are admissible for a Canadian Bank financing option of 220,000$ Canadian non refundable to replace the 800,000$ Canadian required passive investment in Governement bonds
• Both Investment Visa programs do not allow private investment other than the purchase of goverment bonds to the admissible for Immigration to Canada under the Immigrant Investor Program.
